Plan an application
Plan a focused Jotsu application by defining its users, essential records, relationships, workflows, and objective first-build scope.
Plan the smallest application that produces a useful outcome. Include enough detail to identify the records, views, and primary workflow.
Write down:
- The outcome the application produces
- The people who use it
- The records it stores
- The main action users complete
- The views needed to complete that action
- Required external services or AI behavior
For a team decision log, the first version needs decisions, owners, dates, context, and status. It does not need notifications, analytics, imports, and custom permissions on day one.
