Connect an MCP server
Connect an upstream MCP server to your Jotsu organization, complete authentication, verify tool discovery, and make it available to applications.
Connect an MCP server to make its tools, resources, and prompts available through the Jotsu MCP gateway.
Add the server#
- Open MCP in Jotsu.
- Choose a supported server or select Add MCP Server.
- For a custom server, enter its HTTPS endpoint and a recognizable name.
- Complete OAuth when the server requests authorization.
- Open the server and confirm its status is Ready.
The server details page lists discovered capabilities. OAuth tokens and client secrets are stored but never displayed.
If setup fails, confirm the endpoint returns a valid MCP initialize response, uses the expected content type, and has all required environment variables.
